I have CIS and SEP,and what SEP doesn't do in terms of network protection (blocking connections to or from my PC) CIS does, likewise with viruses but the other way around.

sad antivirus

Seriously dude, you're a chop!

@languy99 The SONAR version in SEP isn't the current one used in Norton, i believe the latest SONAR is being deployed into the SEP product in autumn 2010. Its weakness to detect threats may be due to the settings being set too low...

can you please install Comodo Internet Security Premium 4.1 on an infected Pc. To see how good it is at removing Viruses and to see if any of the pieces of malware on the Pc can terminate it. Thanks like always man Great Reviews. What you do takes a lot of hard work.

@TheShadowkiddx Right now I can tell you it would not do good. The reason being is that comodo has not worked and cleaning an infected pc with CIS. They are starting to work on that right now. Their main goal was to keep a pc clean. But when they do finish the cleaning aspect I will test it.

if hitman pro had realtime protection it would be bulletproof
TheBuckbull 1 year ago
@TheBuckbull no it would not be because it would still rely on the signatures of other av vendors and even it could achieve 99.999% detection ratio ( impossible but lets say it could), out of 10 million pieces of malware it would still miss 100 and all it takes is 1 to infect your pc, steal your credit card info, make you part of a bot network, etc. And that is assuming no new malware is made and checked against the signatures. Blacklisting is not the way of the future.
