You did one hell of a job on the bike!!!

It's pretty sweet how you got the 4 stroke to fit in the frame.

The motor fit easily into the frame, except for the exhaust manifold which had to be cut and rewelded to turn around the down frame tube.

How does your 12 volt system work? Does the engine charge a battery, or is it run off a battery only? I really want to build a 12 volt system on my 49cc two stroke
