by looking at it, I thought it would cost max 1000$: too expensive, its advantages over a $250 netbook aren't worth more than $1000, lol, even after a review of an hour!

Kevin's not a laptop guy. That said, look into the Gigabyte FX series. Best value in those.

Fujitsu=unreliable equipment, this will over heat!
Working in Fujitsu services-UK, a very incompetent company, fujitsu systems always freeze! Working an government account, if the government knew how their systems are being held together, with false promises by fuji managers covering their tracks Gorden Brown wouldnt renew their contracts! Working a keying center where security checks on people are not made and fraud by obtaining addresses is consistent worry and always masque by the managers!
