  • You might be interested in an online program called Shrinkyourself because it deals with the root causes of emotional eating. I have always had emotional eating issues, and sometimes they are at the root of why we eat what we shouldn't and can't eat what we should.

  • Low reps high intensity, if you can do more than five rep it's too light for you

  • You can do weight training, gain muscle cardio is shit. Muscle burns calories, when you're sleeping. Get some weight training down ya, you could try a day of fasting every month, no food and no drink for more than one day, can do three days.

  • You inspire me so much. Thank you for sharing yourself like this. I also struggle with binge foods. I've made a week this time around without sugar and flour. You inspire me because you keep fighting, and even when the going is tough, you keep going. I needed to hear this. I have lost 55 lbs from my heaviest - slipped back - gained back 25, and now I'm back down 10. I'm sorry you struggle, but glad you share this because it's nice to know I'm not alone, and that it can be fought and done.

  • I have a hard time fighting the "binge" too. I can eat like 3 footlongs or 2 Large pizzas at one time. I dont care about sweets like chocolate, but my drug of choice is stuff like sandwiches and pizzas and stuff like that. your so much stronger than i am though.

  • Book- Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. and no, this is not an ad....its the right way to eat if you want to live a long life....losing weight is a side effect of eating a healthy diet.

Get the book and eat to live and the weight will just fall off. Please don't ignore, it's whats missing from your diet... not calorie restriction. You can eat 6000 calories a day and still be malnurished and therefore very hungry. "Eat to Live!" it's whats missing.

  • Its a lifelong struggle but I think you are doing great! Don't give up! Keep on putting in the work and results will come.

  • proud of you ;) You can do it!

  • Good job. Keep up the hard work!

  • any loss is good, and I agree the up and down might change your metabolism a bit--you are doing great and thanks for the update!
