Notice the gentle method they take her into custody? If this were a male who did this they would have immediately ran up to the car, busted the glass out and dragged him through the window, tased him for a few minutes, then handcuffed him. If not tased, they would have just shot him somewhere in this whole process. Either way there would have been cuts, bruises and broken bones for sure. But because it was a female offender they'll be "nice".
