usually you have to use a usb adapter, but a few laptops nowdays have cards that work fine XD go to the aircrack site and check the comatibility index

i dont have a card either but I do have a built in wifi switch on my laptop.

There any wep cracking ones for Intel(R)PRO/Wireless3945ABG ? i forgot the pass for my router cuz i changed pcs :/

3945ABG you have to use linux, there is no way to crack wep with that card on windows

Don't use whoppix, use Backtrack ( google it )
But this is not for nubs, you have to understand some advanced stuff 'bout linux or you won't do anything.
