I wonder what happens to these new coverts afterwards.

Its not enough to just have them take the shahadah and send them off with a copy of the quran and a few video tapes.

Someone actually has to be there to teach them the salat, the rules of Zakat, Halal and Haram etc. Otherwise its pointless to have them convert.

ive seen many people revert to islam and loved every one of them but this one is my favourite! yusuf is right, everyone who reverts should be hugged and greeted into islam so lovingly. Afterall islam is all about love and mercy. Ar-Rahman and ar-Rahim Alhamdulilah!
