In the UK, they sell them in Hawins' Bazaar.

I think they're fairly easy to find online.

And technically it's a melodeon, not an accordion - although the box said accordion. They also do piano accordions of a similar size.

I guess it depends on the way you think of music. I just picked it up and prodded at it until a tune came out.
