A fan-made video of RP live in NYC in 1991. Thanks to whoever made it! The man sure was sizzling that night. My favorite moment is 1:40. :-)

  • @TheRutledgest You're welcome. No, I didn't make it. You'll find what info I have on something in the descriptions of the videos.

  • Thank you, @aplantage, for uploading this video. Did you make it? I'm always grateful for anything that surfaces featuring the wonderful Robert Palmer!

  • @Archosking You are very welcome! I only saw him live twice, a bit later on the "Don't Explain" tour (I think the band who opened was The Big Dish), and with The Power Station, on tour with their second album "Living In Fear", both times in Germany.

  • Great footage, and sound quality is very good considering it is 'audience footage'. It's great that there 'rarities' surface after so many years. I saw Robert on this same tour when they came to the Newport Centre in South Wales in the same year. As of all the previous times I saw him and the band, he remained, as always, 'Spot On'. I remember the support band (can't remember by name) featured Linda Lewis of Rock a doodle, and it's in his kiss, (Shoop Shoop Song) fame .. Brilliant and Thanks

  • @SuperHurricane6 My pleasure. Thank you for being so appreciative.

  • @aplantage Indeed :-) I'm so grateful to people like you who share their new discoveries, it's awesome!

  • @SuperHurricane6 It never ceases to amaze me that one still keeps finding new stuff after all these years.

  • Yes indeedy, sizzling is the word! Awesome upload :-)
