Ah well everything has an end, it was today for Saddler Vampire Nitro RC plane of mine. Watch the Saddest flight of Sadler Vampire and a sad fall to ground, maybe never to fly again. Anyway, damage was un repairable but a fellow pilot requested that we gave the broken plane to him instead of burning and he would repair it. We gifted everything to him. Well it was a good bye for this plane from us though. Sadler Vampire, Gone but left us with a great video. • You can repair it..... deliberately break those cracked joints then glue it back with titebond original. Clamp it down. Once repaired, it will be stronger than even the original unbroken wood. It will never crack/break in the same area again. Just like how we repair guitars.

  • @oysterlicker fellow pilot took it. hope he can repair it

  • I would love to get into RC planes but im worried they may be a bit hard to fly I think Im going to buy the Walkera V120D06 heli to fly inside since it looks like a nice heli to fly indoors :)

  • @jackopalkia just got V120D02 and V100D03 from walkera for testing

  • Not funny at all, poor airplane and waste of money.

I've always felt a connection to my aircraft / rockets and Heli's and when one of them crashed it was like a failure on my part. I still have aircraft that I built when I was 14 years old - I'm 51 now.

  • Not fixable??? I have seen and fixed WAY worse damage then that. BUT, nonetheless... I feel your pain... at my old club there were a nice set of power lines 150 - 200 feet off the end of the runway. They've been hit a few times. Good video.

  • did the other pilot manage to fly it again?

  • U can replace the parts and maybe it'l work

  • @itchyundies for hitting the Cables :D

  • @dmattoxracing LOL yes.

  • he is all excited lol

  • that sucks
