all i know is from looking at my neighbors, the quadtrac is the best out there. if it wasnt the way to go, they wouldve quit making them and followed crappy john deere and cat. i am a john deere man my self.

and case ih did not copie the 8000 seiries.. if you knew a dam thing bout when they came out youd know that case ih still was producing the magnum line of tractors.. they were far from those light peice of shit computer hydrolic controled power shit 8000s

and deere didnt have dualls on the front of their MFDs in the 80's.. they had one hella time tryin to keep the front ends together on the 55 series with suit case weights on them with a full tank of fuel on the front.. i mean how dumb is that.. put the fuel tank in front so it blocks the air comin into the radiatior

the only reason john deere out sells case ih because john deere makes coffe muggs lawn mowers and t-shirts.. thats about the only thing deere has goin for it...

haha your right about the price and how much it cost to fix them but the thing is its rare you have to buy a new one or fix a old one they will outlast any other brand out there I dont give a rats ass who its against
