  • I like this and would like to do some help.

    for every movement,thire is a mid stop. Before the stop, breathe in slowly, hold breath for 6 seconds at the stop, then breathe out slowly after the stop and go back to the original position.

    Between movements, relax and adjust your breath. Exception:step 7, breathe in and put hands on the back of waist, breathe out and meanwhile bend down.

    陳永森醫師的作法, 是 " 一個 上下" 、 "一個 左右"的動作交替進行, 例如:1,3,5,7是身體正直~上下。 2,4,6是身體蹲馬步~左右。至於 8 仍是身體正直~上下。 旨在:上下左右大致交替平衡,方便記憶。 沒有其他特別的考量。 網路上許多的作法,順序 各有不同,各有千秋,沒有誰對誰錯、孰優孰劣的比較。 總之~ "做" 就對了 ! 祝您 健康 ~ 此片製作人Joe ( health999@hotmail.com ) 謹誌

  • @jason8404 上面列的是網路上找到的順序,不過影片中的順序似乎不一樣,不知­道順序有差別嗎?
