The National Arboretum sits in a distant corner of Washington, D.C., so is seldom scene. I want to change that! Not move the Arb, but entice more people to visit - even in winter.

So I visited on Christmas Eve Day 2009 and photographed the Bonsai and Penjing Collection, a Japanese viewing stone or two, and some snow-covered outdoor shots. Enjoy.
