Injection / Piano - MI:2 - Hans Zimmer

Me playing my own piano transcription of Injection (learnt by ear) from the soundtrack to Mission Impossible 2 by the now legendary Hans Zimmer. This is a hidden gem this one in my opinion, classic Zimmer. I discovered this only by someone telling me about it, have not stopped listening to it since. Its an overwhelmingly fantastic piece of music featuring the amazing talent of Lisa Gerrad. This is the least assured of being able to play this on piano I have ever been, never thought I could attempt this on piano, mainly because of Lisa Gerrad making it her piece if you like. My right hand starts to strain a little near the end of this because of the rapid notes I decided to adopt in the right hand throughout, but I just played through the slight pain :)

Where did you find the music sheet for this one? I've been looking in all sites that i can think of and i can't find it. I want to learn this so badly, can you tell me where you found it?

@ClickPulse there are no sheets online for this, why would there be? it is not a piano piece and it is a piece you cant really play on any instrument or group of. This arrangement is my own, if you want to know the notes you will have to climb inside my head and pick them out ;)

@UKpiano Is there anyway you could share your music skills with us by making yourself a music sheet for this theme? I know you are able to do it, because it was due to your music sheet that i learned the transformers theme. I don't know if you have the time, because you have a live like everyone else, but you could try. P.S: Sorry about the bad writting I'm not that good at english.

@ClickPulse at the minute it is only you requesting sheets, I would like to help you but I cant right now, the music is a simple chordal progression the main part anyway, the chords are D minor then G major suspended to G major, then it is A minor and D major suspended to D major, and finally G minor to C major suspended to C major, basic pattern for all chords, the start of the piece is D minor for a while then it goes to a kind of A major sequence I think, this part was most difficult to learn

wow...to be completely honest, I'm blown away. I didn't expect this to be so emotional. I've been obsessed with this song some time ago, I actually made a video with it as well. Your cover gives such a unique touch to it, it's like you reinvented the song. And I never thought it could work on a piano but you proved me wrong. I'm gonna listen to this over and over again..

This is a wonderful piece! I remember I saw this movie in my early teens, and this song really made an impression! It was after that I really got into Zimmers music. So this is a very special piece for me, and you performed a wonderful piano interpretation! Thumbs up! And i love your other vids too! :)
