A group of concerned Canadian youth disrupt the House Of Commons during Question Period demanding that the Members of Parliament pass the Climate Change Accountability Act (Bill C-311) before the United Nations Climate Change Summit in Copenhagen and that Canada signs onto the United Nations Declaration on Indigenous Rights. Both would ensure that Canada would have a positive role in the United Nations process of addressing climate change while for the past 3 years Canada has had a very negative role in the process.
The youth were escorted out of the public gallery and some were injured due to the excessive force used by the Parliament security guards.

Why do members of Canada's federal parliament bother to ask their prime minister questions when they know perfectly well that they will get nothing but a pack of lies in reply?

Hes very brave for standing up and speaking his mind - 99% of Canadians are too apathetic, uneducated or scared to get angry at the way citizens are being treated. Good for him
