A Walk in the Woods at Stillheart_

Stillheart is a very beautiful retreat area close to Alice's restaurant on Skyline Blvd (Hwy 35) in the Bay Area, California. The little movie shows impressions while walking the lower and upper trail during the AoL Silence Course during 2011/12 New Year.
Warning: i love trees in all shapes and conditions like old, young, green brown straight or crooked or even dead ones. But even dead ones just seem to prepare for new life. So there will be lots of trees (99%). I hope the pictures will bring back good memories to the participants of the course.
And special thanks again to our memorable teacher John.
