@fireframesk8 Make sure they're warm enough. Above 20 degrees Celsius is optimal. Don't over water, just keep them moist.

Depends on your soil, but it's probably not a good idea
You want soil that is friable.
Often garden soil can be very thick and retain too much water.

@SmexyPikachu Probably because all color Bell Peppers are the same, just at different stages of growth. Green->yellow->red Green probably didn't grow because the seeds inside weren't fully developed unlike the red which is a ripe fruit that contains fully viable seeds (one would assume)
