Short trip around Cameron, Missouri

I know when I see the Arch, I am almost half way home! Beautiful spring day, cruising around Cameron, my childhood home town. See old schools, new memorial, remodeled shelter where we had weekly City Band Concerts, and the damn prison. Pictures of the farm house and farmland I grew up on.......

I lived in Cameron back in the 1980's and 90's off and on. It was a quiet place to live but most often marked by low pay and lack of opportunity. Anyone who ever made any money usually worked in Kansas City. I had lots of fun there when I was young but as I got older the bad politics of the town (read Bob Griffin/worthless hoodlum relatives) and Relford) kind of turned me off. Glad I don't live there anymore.
