I pushed away two great loves and when I finally got the balls to embrace one she died shortly after and drank myself stupid for a while but eventually despair gets tired and u cant keep the curtains drawn forever that is the nature of things. There is only so long u can dwell on regrets. I blamed myself for not trying hard enough or caring enough to keep my woman in good health but I realize now that it wasnt all my fault. Gotta forgive yourself man.. I know u will get out of this funk hugs

Mate i'm about to lose my job of 22 years and my world is upside down atm, there is no work around here and im 47years old now with bills to pay. strange how things turn out sometimes! like how the hell have i ended up here typing this to you?? Well looking at your problem there is a solution and looking at mine there is not!!! and thats the point ? The material things we work for are on loan at best! Relationships come and go, Its the fear of the unknown that drives us mad. give time time!

so, just a word. there is a shitstorm going on in your mind right now. you cant stop it but it will pass. try to grab abhold of someone you trust and who loves you (a brother or sister or child) and hold on for the ride. you are fearing the unknown, make it a known as soon as you can so you can take your licks and start to heal. the storm will cause damage, but you can rebuild.get out and get close to mother nature.she is your mother and she loves you.  good luck.
