  • i want to lose 15 kg so bad. and i can do it with healthy food, but i have two addictions: bread (not white) with cheese, and soup! That are my two major addictions, since i was a kid, and the thing is, i was really skinny as a kid, actually i still was till 5 years ago. i dont look chubby, i even dont look fat, but i am heavy

  • i was wondering ive started to bike now for probaly an hour once or twice a week and go to the gym for an hour 2 or 3 times a week and ive heard things about muscle confusion, right now im not concerned because i just started but can there be a plato effect when working out

  • eat well make food you love that is healthy.. Don't go to the gym, what is entertaining about running on a motorized belt? and working hard to accomplish nothing?? Do this: either work on something physically exhausting (help a friend move), or have fun exercising,.. (with your friends) Find ways to enjoy being healthy and dont punish yourself for ever being unhealthy

  • WTF!?! 20 min meals? It takes me about 5-8 minutes!

  • Reaction to the last few minutes: When I feel like shit about life, i actually want to go and work out, i always feel better, Instead of eating sugary and fattening foods.

  • need to eat 6 times a day, breakfest, snack, lunch, snack, super, snack.

  • hmmmmm....very interestin', glad i checked ya vid out, no wonder, when i hit the sack late, around one or one-thirty in the morn,get up around 7 a.m., feel lazy around 11 or 12 noon, i'm gettin' more sleep! Thanx again dude, keep up the good work!
