The Planning Board in Chapel Hill North Carolina stressed the need for facts, but consistently chose to ignore them.

This video documents a few of the incorrect facts and shows testimony from Mike Collins, Planning Board Chair, that contained very serious factually incorrect information. The town council is poised to rely on spin rather than facts when creating shelter guidelines that will allow homeless shelters which take drunk and high men right next to schools, very close to parks and neighborhoods. These guidelines will allow all at risk overnight social service facilities in our county to be placed in a single campus in a one-fifth of a square mile area.
