I've had numerous Restylane filler injections and they never were done from inside my mouth. People really need vet their surgeons before having anything done. People seem to think injections are no "big thing" but they are.

Something is wrong from the start. Physicians don't inject fillers into the nasal labial fold through the mouth! They fill from the surface of the skin. Whoever did this guy's fill, did not follow medical guidelines. There are plenty of physicians who want to perform cosmetic procedures because they make a lot of money, but not every physician is qualified to perform these procedures. Researching a physician's qualification and specialty certifications is the first essential step to take!
