@666or999 Interesting things would happen to you in this type of vacuum. Your blood would boil, down to lack of pressure and the air inside you would cause you to swell like a balloon. Then we have the high radiation levels (although this wouldn't affect the Doctor), but a human would be dead in less than a minute, and would die shortly afterwards. You wouldn't blow up like a bomb, but the blood pressure and air pressure in your body would burst holes in your body.

@ZipZagginGallifrey Muppet is a hack there's plenty of proof, 1 example is the pandorica opens&big bang in which all the Dr's foes put their brains&technology together & all they can come up with is to put the Dr. in a box. And that is the cliffhanger. In the big bang he just escapes from it using his all-purpose magic-wang. That is the epitome of lame.

The word 'hack' is practically written across his forehead. Nu-hu is dumb -FACT. just look up DW & Nu-hu quotes, even the vocab is worse in Nuhu

@outofthegreenmist Wow, I got 8 dislikes on this one! Somewhat of a record really. I liked the Chrissy Episode but in comparison with normal episodes it felt kind of weak. But didn't dislike it.

Guys can we at least be civil? When I shared my view, I wasn't asking for a personal argument. There's no point getting all over zealous about it, the fact is that no one opinion is absolute fact and everyone is entitled to their own. To be fair to lego, there are some brilliant stories in the classic series that put the new ones to shame. But I think SM has always been a great writer and I think series 6 was one of the best since 2005.

@ZipZagginGallifrey FYI there is a difference between basing some DW stories on classical literature & Muppet's plagiarism -Big Bang is just like the Time Travellers Wife (a modern American piece of crap). Brain of Morbius is based on Frankenstein, but it isn't just the EXACT same story, it's a whole new one.

@ZipZagginGallifrey Even the Dr's magic wand has more capabilities than Harry Potter's. There's nothing fairytale like about the nonsense of series 5, like him escaping the pandorica using his wang, or the 45 mins it took for the Daleks to have a design change & then bugger off instead of destroying earth like they promised. I suppose you mean lack of sci-fi when U say fairy tale, like when Amy deactivates a bomb using feelings, or Amy bringing the Dr coming back to life using feelings.

@ZipZagginGallifrey Original DW had a winning formula for 26 years, don't pretend otherwise. Nuhu is on par with other awardwinning shows, 99% of which R crap. DW has longevity so it isn't antiquated. Nu-hu caters to fangirls (male&female). Nuhu is here today & gone tomorrow, cuz fangirls grow up, but sci-fi geeks R 4 life.
