Follow the conversation while reading the subtitles and you'll learn lots of useful Japanese they don't teach in school.

  • tori-bori no hoga yasashi, eh?

  • He doesn't have nearly enough patience for real fishing. He thinks you should be able to pull them out one after the other. I keep telling him it's mostly old men who do real fishing because it's a lot of just sitting there doing nothing.

  • your kids are awesome xD lol

  • Those kids are just too cute! I loved Andy's running commentary - such a lil chatterbox ^^

  • do you edit the subtitles? :D

  • Rich, thanks so much for sharing this video it was hilarious the interchange between Andy and Tony. I grew up in 1960s Japan with my 4 siblings and it brought back allot of great memories watching your boys. Both my Okaasan and Dad passed away last year, thanks for helping bring back some fond old memories.

  • you must be really happy, ur kids are adorableee.

  • LOL too true. I wonder if they had a fishing game for the wii if they would like fishing better? You should have them read "The Old Man and the Sea." Now that's some fishing!

  • LOL too funny. I guess they'd like the wii better eh? Do you need a license to fish in Japan like in the States?

  • this is funny. first you said to your son andy."go over to a bush say hi bush. then pee on it. then tony said perverted

  • Childen with fishing hocks...

    arrrr....Andy is scaring me...

  • I love those kids!

Man, I need to learn some Japanese.
