At our Fisher College of Business Executive Education Breakfast Club meet-up on October 9, 2009, our experienced panel of experts presented best practices in the use of social media in the areas of customer engagement, reputation management, crisis management and todays generational take on social media.

A representative from Paul Werth Associates explains how social media is related to the debut of email and the similarities between the two mediums. Emotional content is much easier to share via social media, and that has contributed to the craze.
