Belzebuub - Getting the spiritual message to the world

Belzebuub at a retreat in 2008. Spirituality requires give and take: we need to give help to others to receive help ourselves.

If we only receive without helping others, we break the interconnectedness of the cosmos, becoming isolated spiritually and lacking spiritual strength.

But if we give spiritual help, we become part of something greater than ourselves — we become agents of spiritual change in the world.

I can really relate that giving and helping can give one back help, experiences, more insights and understanding. This give and take can give so much strength to deal with our difficulties and to overcome our obstacles and weaknesses, because we know empirically that when we love and give we are not alone...

Belzebuub makes a really good point - when you teach you learn. Because you try to be aware/conscious, you're not just repeating a topic. And you can receive an insight, an understanding. It has happened to me. I was asked a question that I did not know the answer - but then then answer came, and with it an understanding that was deeper than I could imagine. And it's all because how he describes it - you become part of a circle: giving and receiving. I'm sure many can relate to that.

It's amazing how you can influence others by changing yourself from within - rather than trying to persuade you can inspire others by acting consciously and giving a teaching by your own actions in life. You can also then attract people who see the need for change and are ready for it.

You know, I think if you feel your want to help others is strong, then just by trying the best you can, you'll find a way to manifest it :-) Then opportunites or directions may just show up. Go with the feeling you have.

what if i cannot seem to find anyone around me that wants to receive anything remotely resembling spiritual truth? how do i share? i feel an immense need to share and break my personal pattern of isolation.
