Say I have a sony vaio and i need to replace my lcd screen. Where can i buy a new screen and not worry about sony's 200 dollar fine of fixing something so simple?

hi how are you doing yesterday I was spraying my laptop screen with a cleaner then 10 minutes later a red line appeared at the bottom of my cpu then it stated to turn into a little bubble and got bigger so I shut my cpu down I called toshiba and they said it my be a hardware problem is there anything I could do to fix this problem on my own without having to pay alot of money.
