SAP's Kitchen - Huevos on Hamlet

ABOUT THIS DISH
This one is NON-spicy. But spice it up if you want to.
Roasted corn and Pepper Huevos on Hamlet.

Heat butter in a skillet
Add the red bell pepper strips
Add the corn... season
Toast the bread
Cook the eggs (to taste)
Empty the corn and peppers to side plate
Add butter in same skillet as corn and pepper and hook the ham till crisp

Put toast on a plate, top with ham, then eggs, then the red bell pepper & corn

Then EAT IT.

How do you do the Flip so good cuz when i try it my eggs end up where the ham is
