No one has suggested that Courtney pulled the trigger, they think courtney was a conspirator to have Kurt killed. Many believe that Cali was paid 30 grand (and there is evidence that such a transaction did occur) to drug kurt and then stage a suicide. Do some research before jumping to her defense.

awesome vid shazz. What I think Kurt did was write really easy lyrics/music that courtney could play, and that would make it seem like she wrote them. I believe Pretty On The Inside is all her. But Violet + Doll Parts were performed in 1991. So I dont believe all the songs are kurts.
