Spinning...my least favorite thing!

This is what you get when you have an ice dancer doing freestyle this season...ugh...does anyone have replacement knees i can borrow?

i've been ice dancing for 10 years....on and off again on freestyle for 15 years. But i'm competing at adult nationals this april...so practice practice practice

camel: steady, steady, steady. Truly terrific. Thats better than alot of the girls at my rink! (not mine, i love my camel lol not to be conceited but thats my favorite spin)

sit: Nice position, however shoot-the-ducks at home and more practice will result in you being steadier and not traveling.

actually, I'm having a significant consistency problem...the sit spin was ok, wasn't trying to finish with a scratch...as my program doesn't allow for the extra element at the end. Also a lack of time to finish a sit w/ scratch.
