The footage on the tape did not show a sex act being committed nor did it depict exchange of money. The fact that the male subject freely admitted to giving money for sex was stupid, but it is not sufficient enough to build a case upon. Not only that, but because his lawyer wasn't present, it makes his confession void as it was a violation of his personal rights.

You really have been watching too many cop shows. If a person confesses to a third party it is admissable, especially when it's on tape. He didn't need a lawyer present because he made the confession before police arrived. Also, the tape shows a lewd act - which is the EXACT same statute as prostitution in Oklahoma.

I drive that nasty ass truck, I was the replacement driver they hired a week later, that truck was so discusting, not only that, the lowes in oklahoma cut corners and have shade tree machanics cut corners, they even transplanted a plate from one truck to another truck with an expired tag, regularly, to drive it onto the air force base.

I feel sorry for the delivery guy's wife, but at least now she knows what kind of a nasty bastard her husband is. I applaud this guy for watching out for his neighborhood. Today it's prostitution, next thing you know it's drugs. You usually have one around the other.
