M is for Millions, The Millions Lincoln, NE's best kept secret - Lori Allison vox, Harry Dingman III guitars, Marty Amsler bass, Gregory Hill drums. Official video for "Sometimes" taken from their LP "M is For Millions" was filmed at Chicago's Cabaret Metro in 1991 -- those were the days my friend !

  • The last I heard, Lori Allison was involved in a musical project out of Lincoln called the Floating Opera along with several other vocalists - the Millions have recently set up an official My Space page with some of their recordings available & were / are also in the process of releasing a double disc retrospective of un-heard rarities & B-sides - stay tuned ;-) !!

  • I saw these play the Hurricane years ago - maybe 17 years ago (?) but never managed to get any of their material in the UK - thought they were great live

  • Millions. For Against. Power of the Spoken Word. Mercy Rule. SawHorse. Side Show. What a great time for music in Lincoln.

  • youtube's audioswap and video editor has about 15 songs by Millions. You can lay these down on your uploaded videos.

  • I was there for this taping. Love this band.

  • I saw them play in Vegas back a long time ago at a place called Sneakers. I remember seeing a girl standing by herself for quite a while next to a corner but I thought to myself..."What an out of place dress!" Several minutes later, guess who that girl was?

  • Saw The Millions in CHI at Cabaret Metro (opened for The Chameleons UK, if I'm remembering correctly). I was DJ'ing on a little 10 watt college radio in south Chicago at the time, and I fell in love with the entire album. Saw then again in Norman, OK in 1993-94 right before they released the second album. Sparsely attended show, but the music was just amazing. Always felt like they got screwed by their label in terms of promotion and support. Great band.

  • Great band. One of my all-time favorites. Great memories. Still have a signed copy of M is for Millions from the CD release show at Duffy's. I also have a cassette recording of Lori and Harry doing "Moon River" on KRNU radio. Very cool.

  • Love this song. I <3 Duffy's. Brings back memories.

  • I still think you guys should have played Congress Inn!!!!!! : ) Thanks for all the great memories Lori!
