Guy about to jump off building at South Point Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas

At South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas a man was threatening to kill himself (for hours) by jumping off the top of the parking garage. The swat team and lots of police were there, also negociators were trying to talk him out of doing it. Eventually the police told everyone to leave because apparently we were making the guy nervous (some were shouting at him to 'jump already', others were making bets on whether he would do it or not). I think he decided not to jump and was just too ashamed for everyone to see that he gave up.
