The Phantom of the Opera Part 9 - Point of No Return/Piangi Killed/Down Once More

This my absolute favourite piece in the whole show, and one of my favourite of all time!
The thing I love about this piece is that it's so completely passionate and wonderfully sensual. I love the way that it starts off slowly, and it gradually builds up the tension with soaring melodies, long pauses and drawn out, beautiful chords. It then bursts out in an explosion of passion, fear and wonder in the dramatic climax of the song at the key change. I just think this song is so wonderfully written, which is why I've given it such long notes here, because I really want you to understand the passion I put into my playing, and I really hope that you enjoy this!

So I watched all your videos, and I absolutely love your take on it. :) I have a question- my friends and i are making our own version of phantom, and are wondering if we can use your score? cuz we can't find half the instrumentals. :)

Some of your notes aren't right, are you going by the movie or the play. I have a pretty good version of the play, it doesn't really follow the words exactly but it's an accompaniment. I'm too shy to play anything on here lol but you might like to try it, it sounds much better than the easy books I've bought. Now I can't find the link to it =/ but I do have it it is 272 pages though, it's not for the casual pianist. But if you want it I'll keep trying to find the link for it.

Actually I was listening to this song again and it does go really slow but it's so short. So I think I didn't mean to play it slower but maybe play it longer?? Like, I'd love for them to sing All I ask of you after past the point of no return!! *sigh~~~* that'd be so nice.....

May I request another one, but with the part where Erik sings, "Say you'll share with me one love, one life time...anywhere you go, let me go too, Christine, that's all I ask of (please add the last word too, 'you')" part like way slower? Is it possible?! I'd really really appreciate it....

I actually wish I could be there when you play this, cuz it'll sound much better.....
