@jiglojay dont think so. jamie o lives at pipe and surfs it every day. regardless of the vehicle he uses he knows that wave. take jamie o to the canary islands and ask him to drop into fronton and bust a rollo and you'll see his ass float up on the rocks. its the wave, not the vehicle that allowed him to compete last year...oh yeah, and what happened to him? he DIDN'T compete, he got knocked out first round

What about Kainoa McGee making it to the Quarters in the Pipe Masters a few years ago? That's a drop-knee guy that hopped on a surfboard and made it happen. What's the difference anyways? It seems most of the surfers that have an issue with bodyboarders are the guys that can barely drop in....
