A video from my first trip to Manchester Airport in the UK, the most welcoming location in the UK for watching aircraft. My trip was in April 2009 and Manchester offers some unbelivable views of aircraft, amazingly close, the only downside, is that for videoing, it is extremely difficult because of it's popularity. I hope you enjoy my compilation.

  • @matthiashaenni That's really kind of you thanks for watching my #Flying into Manchester video. This was quite a complicated video to make (especially the titles) and i'm really pleased you enjoyed watching. Thanks a lot. Best wishes.

  • That 757 sounds angry. I love it. Great videos man. Keep it up

  • @bmwoodford74 Hi thanks for watching and I agree with you completely the 757 has a very grinding sound to the engine, great to hear!! I appreciate your comments and thanks again for watching.

  • is it very rocky when flying on a air plane. am getting on a plane for the first time next month and am scared.. to death

  • @mrsradford well mrsradford you may like to have a look online for 'Fly Fearless' they are an Irish company with lots of hints and tips about dealing with fear of flying. Do remember that flying really is one of the safest modes of transport. Far less dangerous than driving a car. Once you're in the air look out of the window see the amazing scenery, try to enjoy your trip.

  • Flying on an aircraft is the safest and least scary form of transport trust me

  • Flybe has a fleet of Dash 8 turboprops and Embraer E195 jet aircraft. Through their operations with Loganair in Scotland they also have their colours on Saab 340's and Twin Otters. FlyBe is far from poor in the money sense.. having acquired BA's domestic UK services. Keeping fleets to only a few aircraft types saves money. Thanks for your comment

  • i seen loads of those flybe planes don't they have other ploanes or are they poor?

this was the day i flew with balken holidays my flight number was 5506 to BGH5505 hotel ralistia.

  • Hello Jackd166, I am sorry, you took time to reply to my video about Manchester airport 2 months ago and I've only just seen it here, usually I get an email confirming comment made. Thank you for your thoughts, I am really pleased you enjoyed the video and the different aircraft/airlines. I am sorry it took me so long to reply.
