@AhilMohan 40 actually. It looks slower because the camera was following me and booming. Should have had him back up and keep the camera pointed straight with no zoom.

Even when the camera was fully zoomed out - when the rider did the fly by, it didnt look anywhere near 40mph. Seemed alot more like 20.
Dont get me wrong, even 20mph for something like that is decently quick!

@AhilMohan Sure, it's all perspective. I'm just saying, I used a speedometer, so I know it was 40. The guy with the camera is laughing under his breath because he can see how fast it is in person. The first model I set up would only go 20. When I first rode it seemed OK, but 20 quickly became boring. Try it on a pedal bike, you'll see what I mean.

Did you use a kit or did you design it?

It started with a standard ebike kit: hub motor wheel, controller, batteries and throttle. Of course I had to be creative for mounting. Gradually I upgraded the controller and batteries and mounting. But it's mostly parts from standard ebike kits and a standard Dirtsurfer.
