Dog Barks at Sheriff Joe Arpaio

In this video, you can see that sheriff joe arpaio approaches a vehicle to greet a dog. As soon as he gets within a few feet, the dog starts barking at him. What makes this so funny is that Arpaio has portrayed himself as an animal lover, doing such things as putting puppies in air-conditioned jails while inmates are to bake in tent city or work on chain gangs. There is also a postcard that inmates of his jails can get/buy that has a picture of himself covered with puppies inside an air-conditioned jail. Apparently this dog didn't like him.
