im going to buy one of these two..

If the P95 is much the same price as the casio then probably go for the yamaha, yamaha and Roland make fab pianos but, always try and play a piano or keyboard before you buy it because what feels good to you may not feel good to someone else

  • Thank you sooo much for doing this. I have been shopping and this was very helpful.

I hear some clicking as you are playing -- is that the keys being depressed, your nails on the keys, microphone issues... ? It sounds like plastic hitting something but I can't replicate it playing one myself. But I do not play as well as you so if I ever do I wonder if it will make the noise.

  • Hi kplazak

I think it is more an edge of my finger nail issue (especially my thumb which I always use on its side) that my video camera microphone seems to highlight! The keyboard doesn't seem to click but, it does thump however, most all digitals thump as far as I know? Heck, my top of the range (at the time) Yamaha CLP170 used to drive my ex round the twist when I played it late at night silently with headphones on because of the thumping sound!

    regards

Yamaha make superb stage pianos, Roland too, Casio give better bang for the buck but, its best to go and try the keyboards out to see which one you like the best. Trust me you'll know which one is for you as soon as you play them
