@roamerreed I've never played an ibanez acoustic, are they a lot cheaper than a michael kelly? That's what I'm playing here. Are you getting a fretless?
@Pudsy440 umm the cheapest model is like 200 for the fretless acoustic, it prolly doesn't sound near as good as a kelly, but then again, you get what you pay for. The best acoustic bass i've ever played was a fretted Tacoma thunderchief and it was by far the greatest sound i've heard from an acoustic, along with it's insane playability. but the price is not something i wanted to think about i just played it to play it. if you wanna know tho they start at about 1,500
@roamerreed Ahhh I see, I think the Michael Kelly's start around 500 or at least they did when I got mine in 2006 or 07 ... not sure now. I've heard the Tacomas are really nice, but yeah, that's a lot of cash. I think I might check them out on Youtube now, thanks for the tip and reply. I guess you really do get what you pay for. I tend to go for cheaper stuff too, mainly because I'm not rich ... haha
looks alot like the ibanez i'm looking at buying, sounds worlds apart (Better)
