@totoni2000 No, they should not. It would not solve the problem. This is a cultural issue. You may argue that these people came from the countryside and found no opportunities here, right? So did my grandparents when they came from Europe. They were also poor there. But they have given education to their sons, with hard work. Go to a favela, and check the mentality of the parents there.

@hphlac I understand this.. i come from a city that is is almost on the same situation... the same development makes many people from the country to come, they dont care if they are going to live in poverty or how would they survive.. the result, the city sorounded by a lot of poor people, rise of criminal rate, more population, more unemployment, etc.....
