Well, this was so easy to do in Budokai 2, P-P-K-K-E. But now, you must successfully dragon rush an opponent to pull this off. Direct capture.

@Cerbreus23 he can do final shine too. but its weird in b3 cos final shine is vegeta's normal attack in ssj4. like, it replaces galick gun and is the equivalent of ssj4 goku's kamehameha but final flash is an ulti/super move even though final shine is the upgraded version of final flash. weird.

@CarbonIlusionzZ You press L2 go in rage mode. Then press square 3 times then tap L2 and you do a combination that will finish in a dragon rush. There are other way to get into it, but its more advanced. Know that all dragon rushes are initiated by the L2 button.

Practice what combination of the L2 puts you favorite character in rush mode. Its a very helpful skill to know.

This all based of the fact if your using a ps2 to play budokia 3.

You have to do a knock back attack (you know like when you double tap forward and dash toward the opponent and then attack) and then immediately after the knock back attack you press E
