MOTION TO ADJOURN AS LICENSING BOARD AND RECONVENE AS COUNCIL

Transportation Improvement Program FY 2013-2016
Open a hearing regarding future road repair projects for inclusion into Rhode Island Department of Administration's Statewide Planning Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Federal Fiscal Years 2013-2016. The TIP is a multi-year program consisting of various road repair projects to State-owned roads eligible to receive Federal funding.

Motion to approve selected projects and authorize Town Manager to submit application.

Approve Town Council Meeting Minutes of September 6, 2011; Accept the September 6, 2011 transcript as the record of the Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment hearing for Spicer/Morrone; Town Council Meeting Minutes of October 3, 2011; Approve Petition of National Grid & VERIZON for a joint pole location on Canonchet Road; Accept the following reports: Animal Control Official, Town Clerk, Tax Assessor -- which includes abatements & supplements, Tax Collector -- which include adjustments.
