like seriously the shit is crazy....we can attain anything just by programming our subconscious and focusing on one goal at a time...anything can be manifested into your life....the reason why it may seem like that is a lie is mainly because we usually dont know what we want, or our mental energy may be too scattered....we are all very powerful beings and just know that you can have anything you want and acheive anything you want...the answers are out there if you really want to find them

This is really informative, short and sweet, I like how he guides you through the meditation process, and also tells you the meaning of the words that they use. I will definitely try to do this. and hopefully achieve opening my chakras, and awakening my center.

Speak for youself dude. I did not have 3rd eye open and now thanks to videos like this and info I have found in books and online I "get it". I definitely and finally experienced(momentarily) that bliss feeling everyone talks about! I now can attest to myself I will never give up meditation!
