  • thats wierd that you say that about his form because this kid is going to jacksonville to play division one lacrosse so he must be doing something right sjrlax10

  • Great Comment.

  • How did you make your pocket?

  • Put a big ball in the pocket and hold it in there with a stick across head. Keep that in it overnight.

  • any reason for using an attack shaft rather than a goalie shaft? The reason for goalie shafts is to counter the weight of the goalie head, preventing over compensation. Goalie shafts also help to trap balls further outside of the crease when need be.

  • A lot of goalies are using smaller shafts these days because it is lighter and they can handle the ball out of the cage better.

  • wat gloves how much?

  • its a dust bowl haha. im guessing u dont ply games there right?

  • okay, i am just going to respond to the negative commments to see if they are right... I am a lacrosse goalie. first, I use an attack shaft to because it will make it eaisier to move your head to the ball in a timley fassion. the ageisler15 is partly right but thats not bieng lazy, he is just keeping his eye on the ball, not his feet, you are right

  • @DiciplesOfChrist shower with hot water and conditioner, pound forvere

  • I am a coach, and this is def a great video for all goalies to watch!

  • kris you suck

  • 1. head should be facing forward, his is facing in. he's on his toes too much.

    2. his top hand is going to the ball but his step needs to be toward the shooter, a side step like that is a lazy save.

    3. step up into the ball on the bouncers. the ball is playing him.

    4. you can play a shallow arc and still do fine on outside shots. you have to have an aggressive step (not like this) to get to the shot.

    5. on the 1 on 1's, why would you play on the opposite side of the goal. doesn't make sense.

  • i would say probably around 35 inches

  • in the Extra Video the goalie isn't cantered in the net he's more to his left

  • i no the coach 4 jacksonville hes a great guy,, they shuld do really well w/ him as coach
