The events hands-on, intensive schedule explores the art of wine and food through seminars and in-depth tastings, working the grape harvest, an on-site farmers market, farm visits, and planning and creating meals using the products available from food producers at the market.
Since the Workshops inception, more than 300 of the nations leading chefs, wine and food writers and food purveyors have participated. And the friendships and networks developed through the event contribute to the evolution and growth of the wine, food and cuisines of America.
