歌诀
柔形捶法招术精，防身健体并一功；
意导引动动带息，出入进退一气成。
起落如猫行如蛇，势含松紧柔缓行；
心是主帅眼为旗，足赛战车手先锋。
拧裹钻翻回手钩，招之即打势难封；
刚来柔化借他力，顺势发捶去无空。
打前顾后闪转疾，滚出滚入巧力生；
双手互换阴阳诀，迎上取下招势灵。
捶法百炼身心合，交手之中显神通；
日久功深根叶茂，陶冶情操福寿增。

@Dragon34th Umm, no one is hiding anything. There are a whole bunch videos that use false backgrounds in China, no one cares. It's the movements that they do that are important. It's a common practice that no one seems to care about.

@Sal... I was alluding to only the superimposition and not the movements of the routine since I am layman at that. Had the opportunity of learning Luohan13 and Ruo Quan about 2 years ago, and given your 30+ years of exp, am just a NKOB. Nonetheless Many thanks for your reply...

No doubt the performance is graceful...but i think the file has been superimposed on the background ..hence the foot movement doesn't look so awkward... there is a ruo quan file also with the same background..check that

Well, he's one of the few people who is old enough to still remember this routine, I don't care if he doesn't do it perfectly. He's 90 years old. And, modern Shaolin is nothing like ancient Shaolin.

this must be a joke, his back alignment is awful, his standings are feeble. In some movements he is tumbling and just falling. his movements are clumbsy.

this is clearly not shaolin. Any practitioner that old can't have that lame performance.
