  • Hrm, whose judgement on the quality of Boros do I trust... the man with >300 life time pro points and appearances at almost every pro tour of the last decade... or the anonymous Youtube video commenter.

  • this man is ridiculous^ you can't suck if your in the top 8 of WORLDS and the deck can't suck either, there is a reason they are there and you are sitting here watching, commenting on this video wishing you were good enough to be there

  • lots of people commenting on this match don't play magic. hey BrianWarner, what is "side decking"? You obviously do not understand that Bram side BOARDED to play around Celestial Purge, of which Andre brings in 4. I've watched this match many times, and in my opinion, both players play very well, Andre simply had better draws than Bram.

  • I don't base my trust on appearences on points I base my trust off what I saw here in this game. Bram played poorly and side decked really bad. He changed his deck from winning into a shitty version of white weenies. Top comment is a fool.

  • I wish I could go to a PTQ the only problem is I am not very serious when I play (i want to but I can't be super serious) and I don't have the money to fully invest in the game :( i would just like to attend one to see how it is

  • @Skios

Exactly. Getting into worlds alone is difficult, but getting into the semi finals and only not making it onto the finals because of a sideboarding miscalculation is insane. The process for getting into worlds is to either top 8 at a Pro Tour (which you need to top 8 a PTQ just to get in), then go onto worlds and have a good enough record to make it to the top 8, or get an invite. It's very hard to do, so anyway even getting this far is impressive.

  • @Skios You have to understand that Mr. Announcer knows the rules and the game just as well as the man playing at the table, but the announcer has seen BOTH SIDES of the game on almost EVERY professional match and understands most decisions made by the players long before the players themselves make up their minds. 300 points or not, my money is on the wizard behind the curtain.

  • Does André live on soda? That's truly a champion's diet, if ever I saw one.
