  • hey not to be rude, but did you record the flute separately then put the recording over?just the sound quality is fluctuating i believe you did play it but separately!just asking

  • @qwertlivvy

Played it live in a crude recording straight to the built in mic on the iMac. I just made it fast and simple for some students who asked me for it.

  • So there is such a thing as left handed pan-flute! Thank Heavens... I am gonna get me some. Why left-handed? 'Cos I play the harmonica that way, and it would be easier for me.... I can't read music, but I don't think I need to...

Keep your music going brother. Beautiful.

  • @BattyCuss HI, no problem if you want us to make a left handed version. Just write to us at the shop's email address.. we are at panflute (dot) net

  • I have a beginner's question. I have a 16 pipe pan flute but the pipes are marked "doh re mi fah sol la si" and I frankly don't know how to read music. So does anyone know which letters, A through G correspond to the doh re mi scale?

  • Doh usually stands for the first note of the Major scale. If your panflute is in the Key of C then that Doh is C.

If your instrument is in the key of G, then that first note is G

    C major scale is : C D E F G A B C,

    G major scale is : G A B C D E F# G
