Celtic Irish traditional music is so fluid, historically and soundingly. I live in Finland and my girlfriend thinks I'm nuts cause all I yap at her about is my starter set of Uilleann pipes coming in about one month from Canada :) I'm 19 and ½ and I'm going to dedicate my musicianship to this genre

Go on paddy ye good thing!!!

The bald guy you refer to is Matt Molloy probably the greatest flautist on the planet, even James Galway( even with the golden flute) is in awe of him.

We just saw Paddy Keenan in a little pub way back in the back of beyond in a place called Lovingston Virgina USA. He still has all the fire and probably more 30 years later!!! A night to remember.

They are all still performing with the exception of Michael O'Domhnaill (alas he passed away) Matt Molloy is with the Chieftains, Triona is in America, (the last I heard of her) Donal Lunny is still on the circuit.
